As a member of the Harvard University Office of Technology Development, I work closely with the faculty, staff and business teams at the Wyss Institute to commercialize their ideas and inventions through strategic partnerships.

My responsibilities included strategic planning for Sofregen’s product pipeline (including market research and patent portfolio management), business development, and identifying new strategic partnership opportunities.

I was responsible for managing licensing and business development efforts for faculty in the radiology and radiation oncology departments at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Office For Technology Transfer & Industry Collaboration

I was responsible for working with senior staff to support faculty in Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering. I worked to commercialize technology in the fields of tissue engineering, synthetic biology, and chemistry.

Niles Lab, Department Of Biological Engineering

I used synthetic biology techniques to create novel assays to study the malaria parasite in vivo. My work focused on elucidating fundamental biological signaling processes of the parasite, including heme biosynthesis and nitrite/nitrate transport.

I assisted in many aspects of the Technology licensing process including marketing technologies to industry, assessing new technologies, and drafting agreements.

As a teaching assistant, I led a recitation course (70 + students) for two semesters in conjunction with an undergraduate general chemistry lecture course. I taught material pertaining to the course, worked through problem sets, held exam study sessions, and graded coursework.
