As a Sales Executive at Siemens PLM, I helped organizations improve processes by introducing modern development methods based on simulation (CAE) and testing. The challenges of today require us to go beyond traditional methods and consider interaction between CAE, test and data analytics. Deployment of results/models in the organization and how CAE and test fits in a PLM, ALM or cloud context is equally important.My main focus was on the portfolio for simulation and testing, Simcenter, that provides tools for a wide range of applications: 3D CAE, system simulation (1D CAE), physical testing, simulation data management, embedded software design etc. During my time at Siemens PLM I gained experience in a number of tools, including LMS, Simcenter, Amesim, NX and Teamcenter.

As part of a small and rapidly growing organization, I worked with a variety of tasks such as sales, technical support, consulting, training, marketing and product development. I also got the chance to play an active part in building the organization and its sales operations world-wide.Besides sales operations, I played an active role in Modelon’s training program for Dymola, Modelica, FMI and dynamic physical modeling; both creating material and giving courses.In my early career at Modelon I worked in several consultancy projects often related to automotive air conditioning systems, heat pumps and fuel cells. I have a solid background in thermo-fluid modeling and was the lead developer for the Modelon Fuel Cell Library for several years.During my time at Modelon I got experience of modeling and simulation in a variety of tools, including Dymola/CATIA V6 DBM, MATLAB/Simulink, Excel and Python, and experience of sales/marketing workflows using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ClickDimensions.

Military service as a second lieutenant at the National CBRN Defence Centre in Sweden for 12 months, focusing on defence from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. The position required special recruitment, and included courses and experience in leadership and group dynamics as well as work as staff member at the battalion headquarters at the South Skåne Regiment.Civilian qualifications:− UGL-course (developing group leader), 40 hours.− Leadership Training, 60 hours.− CBRN-total defence course at Umeå University (15 ECTS)
