I graduated from Texas A&M with a major in Technology Management, but funny story, somehow I ended up in the field of Human Resources and I fell in love with it. What I love about Human Resources is that I have a chance to make a difference in our employees’ lives. I am passionate about helping others whether it means helping them get access to their paystubs, or helping them have a new job. I am the person that will go the extra mile to help someone, even if it means staying at work a little later.During my time in college, I was a full-time student working 2 part-time jobs. At the time, it was stressful, but now I am grateful I went through that experience because it prepared me for the workplace. I work well under fast-paced environments, and I know how to manage stress. In addition, I am a fast learner, I have a great attention to detail, and I am bilingual. Something that stands out from me is that I do not settle for less, I will always give my best effort. If I am asked to do something and I may not know how to do it, I will research how to do it. I do not limit myself to only complete my job responsibilities. I enjoy learning as much as I can and thinking outside the box. I know that with my personality, passion, and skills, I will continue to grow in the field of Human Resources.
