I AM AN ICF-CERTIFIED COACH with accredited, specialized training in partnership, time management, and ADHD coaching. I have been coaching adults and students through major transitions and personal change since 2004, and in 2016, after nearly a decade of university teaching and administration, I left campus to start my own private coaching practice. More than 2,500 coaching hours later, I offer a toolbox full of ways to thrive and balance the expectations of others against the need for flexibility, passion, and joy in your life.TODAY MY PRACTICE FOCUSES on high-performers, especially professional women in leadership positions.
