Along with being a project manager I took on the role of Palms consultant (learning management system developed by Intermezzon) where I am given free rein to set a process to support, maintain and develop the customer base and its use of the system. In addition to customer visits, inspirational meetings, sale support and digital training sessions I also initiated news webinars. My goal is that our customers work together with us as co-developers. They use Palms in their everyday work and know what their need is. My job is to translate their requests into something the team can later launch.

The successful work as a consultant resulted in me being hired by Intermezzon as a project manager. Along with the key account I was already assisting, I took on other clients and e-learning projects. Together with excellent colleagues we delivered innovative and inspiring training to clients ranging from the car- and chemical industry to banks and healthcare. The close communication with our customers, guiding them through our project process, made the projects successful. For many clients this is the first time working with a truly creative project and that requires a strong project leader.

An exciting journey within one of Sweden's sharpest education companies. It started with them needing an English speaking project coordinator to roll out a global blended learning concept for one of their key customers. I supported with scheduling, sourcing and preparing trainers, collecting and evaluate feedback, further develop both classroom and digital training, give system support, assisting with contracts, budgeting and invoicing as well as being in daily contact with the customer.

Single handed managing a portfolio of twenty training items in a new area launched just prior to me joining the team. Working in close contact to the business and other departments within the University to develop, improve and deliver training. I later moved on to hand a training concept delivered twice a year at seven sites globally and via Skype during two weeks. I was also able to increase the end user administration satisfaction by tweaking the use of the learning management system (LMS). In addition I also created and designed a help guide for managers globally at Volvo along with taking part of instructional videos and contributing to developing the way to create and pull reports from the LMS.

I took part in SKF's project method training (based on Prince2) to be able to work as a project manager with in the company. I was running two projects during my time with SKF.Triangle of Excellence summit; a two and a half days quality conference for 120pax with workshops, clinics, off site activities inc. high profile speakers such as the former CIO of SKF, Tom Johnstone. IT project; Sourcing and implementing a new Project and Portfolio Management tool with high management attention.

Coordinating the start up of a new department and assisting Manager Fulfill Demand and his global organisation was the scope of this role. Tasks such as monthly cost control follow up, creating meeting material and minutes and travel arrangements was part of the daily work. It soon grew into other areas such as arranging bigger gatherings, managing databases and take care of the internal communication and portal to mention a few.

As the very first Lobby Ambassador I was responsible for our guest's first impression of the hotel and the Sofitel brand. I was the person who found out about requests from guests that was not even brought to our attention and made sure they were cared for. The role required me to work across all departments and have a great understanding of how we should work to be successful. The role also came with back office duties such as budget work, orders, scheduling along with assisting the front desk, prepare for VIPs, show around etc.
