Responsible for ensuring the performance, compliance, and sustainability of the Agricultural Operation, defining the strategy for production, agricultural research, marketing, processing, continuous improvement, maintenance, engineering, quality, leaf logistics and planning in Southeast Africa. Responsible for the entire infrastructure of the agricultural area. Financial management Working Capital, OpEx and CapEx. Report to the General Manager. Leadership of a team of more than 300 professionals, including 9 managers.• Development and deployment of the Leaf Agronomy Roadmap with almost 900 plots and 11 areas of research.• Implementation of GAP & Technology in 30% of the farmers, ensuring an increase in productivity in the field by +8%.• Savings of more than +R$ 6 MM through the Integrated Working System, continuous improvement, and lean management.• Deployment of the ESG program with the elimination of Child Labour (0 cases in external audit), the launch of the national afforestation programme (donation of 6 MM of trees) and certification in AWS Alliance Water Stewardship as the first company in the country, deployment of Diversification project among other initiatives.• Implementation of the Women affinity group with 600 participants with a positive impact on gender diversity.• Implementation of actions to improve the organizational climate that resulted in a record level of engagement among employees.• Execution of the Global Assessment and implementation of the highest standard controls in the group's operations.

Responsible for the integration of the Supply Chain and Operations areas to export 25% of Brazilian tobacco production. Ensure the performance and compliance of purchasing, processing, continuous improvement, maintenance, engineering, quality, EHS and logistics of tobacco in Brazil. Lead over 10 managers, 300 professionals and 2,000 seasonal workers.• Successful integration of areas that generated important synergies for the business, with cost reduction.• Investment prioritization to transform the unit into a sustainability benchmark for the group.• Revitalization of the safety program resulting in Zero accidents.

Responsible for Leaf Supply Chain, from the purchase of 150 MM kg of tobacco worth R$ 1.4 billion from 15 thousand integrated farmers to the logistical management of +6,000 containers for more than 50 countries with OTIF of 98% in three areas main areas: Commercialization, Blending (Planning and Use of raw materials) and Logistics. Reporting to the Director of Agriculture Latam. Leadership of a team of 10 managers, 100 professionals and 500 seasonal workers. Manage operational and raw material costs, investments (CapEx), inventory levels, quality, safety, and service level.• Cultural transformation focused on innovation, partnerships and efficiency that generated a reduction in operating costs by 30% p.a., in the cost of raw materials by 2.5% and in working capital by more than 100 million reais.• Management of the innovation agenda with advances in all areas generating efficiencies and new capabilities, including deployment of AI & Hyperspectral cameras for blending and quality assurance & purchase of leaf from farmers by App.• Implementation of the collaborative model that optimized the footprint and generated significant savings.

Develop the strategy and operation of the Leaf Supply Chain for Next Generation Products, especially Tobacco Heating Products. Also, to develop strategies to manage supply risks, including new product introduction (NPI) processes. Manage suppliers to identify opportunities, set standards and ensure continuous improvement to reduce costs.• Integration of the agricultural area into the product launch process, reducing rework and increasing efficiency.• Supplier training for mandatory international audits (including Pharma & FDA).• Efficiency and continuous improvement projects that generated R$ 4 MM in savings and R$ 31 MM in cost avoidance.

Structure the Leaf Operations Global Centre of Excellence for the Group. Develop and control performance metrics, compliance, standards, and global processes. Develop relevant Learning & Development content to leverage expertise and carry out Knowledge Management in the area.• Implementation of integrated performance and compliance management of the 17 Group Operations, generating cost reductions & synergies in the first year.

Responsible for managing B2B key accounts in the US and Europe. Maintain, build, and develop customer relationships. Develop and manage the annual business plan.• Sales volume +30%, margin +25%, expansion of customer portfolio +10%.

Lead the technical team of 15 supervisors responsible for the productivity, quality and sustainability of more than 2,000 rural properties. • Contract and deliver the required volume and quality, ensuring adequate product traceability and business sustainability. • Ensure the highest standards of technical assistance, promoting GAPs. Implement technology in integrated farmers.• Stakeholder engagement in the more than 15 municipalities.• Budget management, data analysis, support for agronomic research, projects and ESG.
