Devised field strategy and implemented field tactics in the City of Atlanta District 3 where the candidate ran against five other candidates for an open council seat during fall 2021. Completed field analysis on 13 voting precincts and calculated win numbers and potential capacity for each precinct. Activated campaign staff to complete field activities such as canvassing, phone banking, text banking, social media, and relational organizing during the beginning of the omicron pandemic surge. Set campaign metric goals of direct voter contact touches by precinct per day, per week, as well as campaign total. Completed targeting for direct mail. Connected the campaign with Young Democrats of Atlanta and assisted in training and maintaining volunteers from the Delta Sigma Theta Atlanta Alumni Chapter. Heavily utilized Votebuilder and Mobilize. Managed team of 8 field organizers and facilitated over 10,000 direct voter contact attempts in a district with 22,000 voters in the general election. Trained organizers on use of MiniVAN Touch and basics of political organizing in a pandemic. Utilized Zoom and Google Meets for communication. Cut all turf for the campaign. Gained 25% of votes casted.Managed a team of 8 field organizers and facilitated over 10,000 direct voter contact attempts in the 4 weeks leading up to the runoff. Wrote persuasion and turnout scripts and cut all turf. Gained 49% of votes losing the election by 44 votes out of over 3000 votes cast.

Organized for 2020 Georgia Primary in DeKalb County, facilitating volunteer activation during the pandemic. Activated over 100 volunteers from April until August who participated in socially distant, safe virtual canvassing activities such as phone banking, textbanking, and relational organizing. Assisted with training of the growing team and built lasting relationships by joining Dekalb Dems and becoming the House District 92 committee chair. Proficient with Mobilize, Votebuilder, Hustle, ThruTalk, ThruText, and Hubdialer.Managed team of 6 beginner field organizers in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District after being promoted to Regional Organizing Director for DPG’s Legislative Victory Fund, a joint effort with Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight. Facilitated over 1 million phone calls into CD6 during the 2020 General Election season. Elected or protected 6 Democratic legislative seats in our region. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Meets, and Zoom.Managed team of 5 Biden/Harris organizers focused on volunteer recruitment for both Georgia Recounts. Activated over 20 volunteer recount observers across Middle Georgia to participate in bipartisan county recounts. Credentialed volunteers and assisted them in reporting any significant developments. Helped to raise DeKalb votes to the highest numbers in DeKalb history which clinched Biden’s presidency as well as Democratic Senate victory.

Managed team of 4 experienced field organizers in Georgia’s 4th Congressional District (Region 8), established best practices and simplistic systems to ensure that daily and weekly goals were met, and punctually provided Deputy Director with required, accurately reported qualitative and quantitative data, including during the broad impact Weekend of Action. Activated over 300 volunteers, completed over 400 shifts, knocked on over 5000 doors, and made over 10,000 calls in our region during the monthlong span of the statewide campaign. Activated over 75 volunteers, many of whom were virtual and some from other states, completed over 100 shifts, knocked on over 1000 doors, and made over 2500 phone calls in Rockdale and Newton Counties.
