Sinclair & Moore is an international full-service luxury event planning and design studio. As Lead Planner & Project Manager, my key responsibilities include:• Leading and managing multiple concurrent teams responsible for developing and executing multi-million-dollar events.• Managing a diverse portfolio of international events and maintaining brand aesthetic while positioning the company as a thought-leader in the event industry; resulting in media placements in Vogue, Martha Stewart, and Harper's Bazaar.• Functioning as liaison between client and vendor team; coordinating communication and managing client-vendor relationships.• Managing large-scale event budgets and negotiating all necessary contracts.• Issuing invoices, collecting payments, and creating comprehensive financial reports.• Researching location-specific vendors, venues, accommodations, travel, and transportation. • Producing all day-of event responsibilities; including event set-up, communication with internal and external vendor teams, coordinating and driving logistics, creative problem-solving, and facilitating event strike.
