ANNENBERG SCHOOL FOR COMMUNICATION AND JOURNALISM- Created a Service Portfolio to guide the mission and workshops for the Digital Lounge and align with Annenberg's Digital Literacy Initiative- Oversee the management of the Annenberg Digital Lounge, a creative space, that provides the Annenberg community with hands-on workshops and one-on-one help on professional tools and software- Plan events and workshops to fill the entire semester that align with our Service Portfolio tracks: Creative Media, Data Analytics, and Personal Branding. Work with faculty, alumni, local companies and student organizations. Past events and workshops have included a Coding Workshop Series and Making Content for the Web and How to Get Paid For It- Train, schedule, and manage 20 students, 1 Media Specialist, and 2 Trainers- Facilitate Adobe Certification Courses that service 192 students every semester- Produce reports, presentations, flyers, and graphics to promote the Digital Lounge

DESIGN SPECIALIST (May 2014 - November 2016)Developing and conceptualizing the Annenberg Digital Lounge, a digital makerspace where students can create and experiment with digital tools. Managing staffing and scheduling of our student teams. Developing branding and design guidelines. Creating workshops with expertise in graphic design including Creating Infographics in Adobe Illustrator and Remixing Photos in Adobe Photoshop. Designing graphics such as flyers, reports, and promotional material.DIGITAL LAB SUPERVISOR (December 2013 - May 2014)Scheduled and managed a team of 10 students workers. Oversaw the Digital Lab space, a computer lab, where students attended multimedia workshops and used available resources such as printing and watching multimedia content for their courses. WEB TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT (September 2011 - December 2013)During my time as a student, I worked for the Web Technology Department to support the curriculum and offer support with all things web and digital. Created tutorials on new and relevant media tools. Assisted with uploading and editing content on Annenberg's Drupal hosted website, Virtual Commons, which served as a repository of tutorials, policies, and information. Digitized content for instructional use and maintained the server for Annenberg's media content.

Running the intern program and fostering a community environment by creating team bonding events and network of interns. Creating screen interface designs for 2 upcoming mobile app projects that include iDecide (an app to help breast cancer patients determine the bestcourse of treatment) and eCoach (a health coaching application) and brainstorming new design ideas and helping enhance the usability of the mobile applications.

Organize the database for the registrants of the Great California Shake Out - a yearly event that educates people on earthquake safety. Actively encourage people from all over California to sign up by making calls. Leading a project with other student organizations on campus to get students interested in the science behind earthquake and aware of the necessary safety precautions. Instigating the planning of the development of an earthquake-related game and mobile application.
