During my time spent in Umeå I learnt meny things and set the foundation of who I've become. I studied physics, maths, economics, languages and structural design amongst many other things. I was involved in a lot av student activities and was elected chairman of our student union to represent all my fellow students to the university, the city, the local trade and industry and everything in between. I started my own business and became an employer. Last but not miss, I met my wife.When I grew up my father was an entrepreneur, a carpenter with his own business. He taught my everything to become what he was, and what he ever wanted to be. I became a structural engineer with a big curiosity in leadership. I became a respected professional and eventually a site manager with great trust and responsibility.Ten years ago Wästbygg gave me the opportunity to follow my wife from the northern to southern Sweden and start my career as an official. The company has now grown 400% and I have been involved in all kinds of projects, big and small, all over the country, the last two years in lovely south western Skåne.Great leadership make both the led and the leader greater. To build great people is my call, to build great teams my passion. And this I do for living
