~Assesses military-affiliated applicant’s job readiness and recommends job placement solutions, utilizing his/her resume knowledge and CASY & MSCCN training resources. ~Devises a working plan to fit applicant needs, tracks and documents progress and revisits plan as needed. Provides continuous outreach to assigned military-affiliated applicant’s~Assists applicants in their job search by: offering new search strategies, resume critiques, connecting them with CASY & MSCCN employer Hot Jobs whenever possible, searching job requisitions in database and job vacancies online, and encouraging them to take our online trainings.~Completes reports of applicant data as required by Employment Specialist Manager.~Develops and maintains relationships as well as confidentiality with applicants, corporate partners, and military family centers.~Outreach and relationship building with local employment agencies, military installations, other Veteran ~Service Organizations is expected as well as attendance at events to represent CASY & MSCCN. ~Maintain job seeker electronic files according to program standards and procedures~Maintain accurate data on placements as outlined by program

~Recognized as one of the top finalists at the "Veteran and Military Spouse Entrepreneur of the year" awards by the Rosie Network. ~Received Congressional Certificate of achievement for outstanding customer service and program engagement. ~Increased program online community engagement organically; achieve a reach of 17.5k in less than a year. ~Develop and implemented strategic partnerships for programs scaling and growth. ~Published contributor for several military publications including Military.com and Daily Military Mom. ~Online influencer with a military-specific niche. ~Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts, as well as sales and marketing plans.

~ Assist with the growth of Spouseforce pipeline applicants through various methods including; social media, attending spouse career workshops, career fairs and more. ~ Assist in meeting assigned weekly outreach goals and Spouseforce metrics, ~ Assist with event planning, attend career fairs, community meetings and local networking opportunities to promote Spouseforce, ~ Assist with maintaining effective relationships with social and professional Spouse Networks off and on installations which lead the creation of Spouseforce profiles, ~ Assist and support with Social Media Marketing to expose Spouseforce and encourage candidates to complete profile, ~ Assist with outreach opportunities to identify candidates who can benefit from the Onward to Opportunity training program, ~ Other duties as directed by the Lead Career Manager Trainer to support careers program growth and Spouseforce Pipeline growth.

~Carried out therapeutic regimens, such as behavior modification and personal development programs under the supervision of special education instructors, psychologists, or speech-language pathologists.~Distributed tests and homework assignments and collected them when they were completed. ~Acted as the subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of teachers; using lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods. ~Observed students' performance and recorded relevant data to assess progress. ~Provided extra assistance to students with special with specialized plan; non-English-speaking students, or those with physical and mental disabilities.
