My recruiting career began during the dot com era and it's been a wild ride ever since! Funny how things work because I was recruited by a tech startup client of mine and was asked to join their Customer Care/Account Management team. I loved working with people and technology so it was a great mix of both worlds. I spent five years working for this tech startup and as an Account Manager, I successfully nurtured key client relationships with C-level executives at over 50 accounts across the nation. Being immersed in this atmosphere lit a fire inside of me and ignited my passion for technology. Something was still missing though. I missed helping people, I missed recruiting. So, in 2005 I joined a consulting services firm and helped launch their Accounting & Finance recruiting arm. Over the years, I've used my passion for technology to become a standout recruiter. As rapidly as technology has been advancing in recent years, I perpetually look for new tools to up my recruiting game.What I've enjoyed the most over the years is making lasting connections and getting to know my clients and candidates, most of them on a personal level.
