As CEO of Grenade Castle since 2012, I have led the company’s growth from a design studio to a full-service agency specializing in branding, high-end UX/UI design, digital innovation, automation, and digital product development—including custom, no-code, AI-driven, and hybrid solutions.My journey as an entrepreneur began in 2008, when I launched a luxury brand focusing on high-quality make-up and expertly crafted dresses for weddings and special occasions. After moving to Prague, I expanded into (pre-)wedding photography and videography, establishing a luxury service agency that catered to clients worldwide.At Grenade Castle, I focus on combining in-house expertise with strategic partnerships. By collaborating with expert companies that bring in-demand skills we don't offer internally, we are able to deliver best-in-class services while keeping our team agile and efficient. This unique approach allows us to provide the range and quality of services typically seen in much larger agencies.In addition to leading Grenade Castle, I am personally passionate about exploring emerging technologies, particularly AR, VR, and AI, and their potential to reshape industries. My role is to guide the company’s long-term vision while staying at the forefront of these innovations.
