With more than 15 years of experience in world-class theme parks, I continuously increased my responsibility while cultivating a strategic communications, operations, and technology background. This included implementing Disney's FastPass+ and the MagicBand, which was awarded the Fast Company Innovation by Design Award for Experience in 2014. During COVID-19, I took my talents to AdventHealth, helping launch their digital healthcare concierge, Care Advocacy, and establishing the Consumer PMO department. Missing the thrills and excitement of theme parks and technology, I began my current journey with the Digital & Technology department within Universal Destinations & Experiences in the Fall of 2022. Acting in a Chief-of-Staff role, I am responsible for all internal communications, events, and integration, including designing and developing the Digital & Technology onboarding program.I bring a hard-to-find mix of operational and creative expertise, resulting from my unique background in communication, operations support, product development, project management, and technology development. With a diverse portfolio and network, I can seamlessly partner and implement new products into the operation while maintaining brand standards and financial responsibility.
