I just completed work on a system upgrade for a prominent law firm in upstate New York.With 14+ years of experience and a CEDS certification, I am a Senior Manager, Customer Success at Everlaw, a cloud-based platform that offers cutting-edge technology and features for legal professionals. I led a team of between 9 and 17 skilled Customer Success Associates and Managers who are dedicated to delivering the best possible experience and value to our clients in the legal discovery and litigation field.I also collaborated with the sales, product, and engineering teams at Everlaw to provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve our product and service offerings, as well as to identify and pursue new opportunities and markets. My passion is to help our clients leverage technology to streamline their workflows, reduce costs, and achieve better outcomes. To that end, I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new trends, such as Generative AI, a technology that can create novel and realistic content. I believe that Generative AI has the potential to transform the legal industry and I am excited to apply it to my work at Everlaw.
