Team manager at Sogeti Linköping/Norrköping. Responsible for a team with about 30 IT consultants, primarily within web development, IT service delivery, business intelligence and high tech development.I focus primarily on recruitment and retention, as well as on finding suitable projects for each of the team members. On top of this I'm working with personal development for my employees, adjusting salaries, making budget forecasts and budget follow-ups for the team. Being part of the executive team, I also continuously develop and improve Sogeti in Linköping and Norrköping. During my first 6 months I started building my team by successfully recruiting 10 new employees, all quickly ending up in suitable customers projects. 1 1/2 year later, all of these 10 new employees are still with the company, with is a much better level of retention than the industry average.On top of my work as a team manager I'm also leading the female IT-network #addher in Linköping, with about 400 members and several meetings every year. I'm also responsible for Sogeti's Fasttracker-initiativ in Linköping/Norrköping, meaning I work closely with the university to find both student ambassadors for Sogeti at Linköpings University and potential future recruits.

Responsible for managing all regional after-sales and solution enhancements at existing customers, primarily spending time on web solutions based on EPiServer and Sharepoint. Also leading selected large and important projects, such as the new external web site for Södertälje Sjukhus (Södertälje Hospital).My responsibility for managing after-sales tasks included continuous customer dialogue to ensure high customer satisfaction and proactive support and solution management to identify new customer needs, projects and Sogeti opportunities. For customer solution enhancements and maintenance I was responsible for solution deliveries, project planning with time plans, project resourcing, budget forecasts, budget follow-ups and final invoicing.My key strength is to deliver projects with high customer satisfaction, on time, on budget and with the expected deliverables while at the same time keeping all interna project members satisfied. One great example where I've done this is the creation of Södertälje Sjukhus new external multi-lingual web site (see link).Because of my ability to successfully lead projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, I've over the years also taken over responsibility for several difficult customer projects. Projects where I've turned dissatisfied customers to satisfied customers, while simultaneously ending the projects successfully.During this period I also lead the female IT-network #addher in Linköping and was part of the executive team at Sogeti Linköping/Norrköping with responsibility for (internal and external) events as well as activities targeting students.

During the years at Medius I was managing over 50 customer projects with project and solution responsibility for the implementation of Medius digital invoice approval system (MediusFlow). MediusFlow is typically integrated with the scanning/OCR software ReadSoft and with the customers existing ERP system.New projects are kicked off with a pre study that includes multiple workshops with the customer. In those workshops solution customizations are discussed to make sure the solution delivered suits the customer needs. Once the product is installed it is configured according to the decided solution setup, and training is provided to the customer before testing/QA begins. Once testing is concluded the solution goes live. In the role as project manager and application consultant I was responsible for the delivery of each and every customer project, including project and time plan, invoicing, budgeting and resource planning.I was managing projects both in Sweden and internationally, with both national and international companies as customers. Examples of important projects I was involved in includes Norways largest food retailer chain, a large international clothing group present in 20 countries and a well-known Swedish construction and building contractor. The latter was celebrated as one of Medius best deliverables of that year.

Primary focused on system development in C#, ASP.NET and for the web application platform EPiServer. During the spring of 2008 I did my master thesis at Sogeti, in which I investigated the need for mobile solutions at smaller service companies.
