We are a group of specialized clinicians who provide quality mental healthcare for children, teens, young adults, and families. As a mental health collective, we assist clients by providing individual and family therapy, nutrition counseling, group therapy, medication management, parent coaching, and more.

My approach to psychotherapy is holistic and intergrative, depending on the individual needs of my clients and the goals of therapy. I stem from several evidenced-based therapeutic approaches to construct an efficacious treatment plan that emphasizes the individual strengths of my clients. The initial sessions will serve as an assessment and information gathering in order to establish rapport and a working relationship. During this process, we will also identify the goals of therapy and collaboratively determine which modality will be most effective. Six to eight sessions is the average length of brief therapy, and will be evaluated throughout the therapeutic process.
