I have been teaching for 27 years including 9 years in Missouri and on my 20th year in Massachusetts. My experience includes grades 3 through 6 in all subject areas for 7 years. I then moved up to teach Middle School with a new certification as a Technology Integration Specialist to start an Exploratory Technology program. over the years I created a new curriculum and change it annually to remain current with technology trends in education and our diverse student population. In 2014 I designed a new curriculum for a Digital Media course exposing students to careers in graphic design, computer science, animation, video production and much more.

I currently teach an online workshop/course for educators and administrators called "3..2..1..ACTION! Video Production in ANY Classroom!" I volunteer to lead student ambassadors on international learning adventures and have had the privilege of leading student ambassadors to 15 countries so far. We don’t just introduce students to the world at People to People Ambassador Programs—we get them ready to embrace it. The system we've developed over the last 50 years involves pre-travel education that helps students tune in to the lessons or cultures they’ll encounter on their programs. Our Ambassadors gain education and skills for the 21st century, while they also build independence, confidence, and relationships that can last a lifetime.
