I managed and oversaw questions and inquiries from all US and Canada branches as the first point of contact to Fixed Asset department. Received and transmitted information in a timely manner to keep efficiency on the capitalization of AFE (Authority For Expenditure) projects, transferring and retiring of assets, as well as; Tax, AP and Fleet department questions. I also handled AP journal entries/corrections and invoice reconciliations of AFE projects. I upheld contact within CPS between Fleet, Fixed Assets, and other departments to ensure a broader understanding of departmental integration. Accomplishments:Trained all US regional branch managers on several aspects of acquiring assets at their locations properly, efficiently, and accurately with capital funding by rolling out and implementing the Fixed Assets Module for capital project submission.
