As the Director of Operations at Lids, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all operational activities for the leading retailer of licensed sports headwear and apparel. I have a Master of Science in Sport Event Tourism from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where I gained valuable insights into the trends, challenges, and opportunities in the sport industry. I have been working at Lids for over three years, starting as a Project Coordinator and quickly advancing to Manager/Senior Manager and then Director, thanks to my skills in project management, professional responsibility, and adaptability. I have successfully led multiple projects, such as streamlining the inventory management system, optimizing the distribution network, and improving customer service standards. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that enhance the fan experience and loyalty. I am also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and diversity among my team and across the organization. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a leader and a professional in the retail industry, and to contribute to the mission and vision of Lids.
