I play a crucial role in supporting information exchange among USDN members by providing a variety of services to the network’s growing membership base. I manage systems to onboard and orient new communities and individuals to curated resources. I lead the logistics planning for several events for USDN membership, which has required dedication and attention to every detail.

The Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) is a peer-to-peer network of local government professionals from cities across the United States and Canada dedicated to creating a healthier environment, economic prosperity, and increased social equity. Our dynamic network enables sustainability directors and staff to share best practices and accelerate the application of good ideas across North America. My primary role at USDN has evolved from internal staff and network-wide calendar and scheduling management, to now coordinating member services by managing systems to onboard and orient new communities and individuals. I also assist with, and sometimes lead the logistical planning for in-person meetings before, during, and after the events.USDN's membership represents 200+ communities, with direct impact to more than 90 million people. This growing demand has enabled me to work with countless communities directly to ensure their interest is tracked, manage membership dues processing, draft member onboarding materials, and lead the process for ensuring new members are integrated into USDN activities.

• Trained eight direct reports in energy efficiency auditing, especially for communication with interested and non-interested participants. • Budgeted an annual $10,000 funded by Xcel Energy, and allocated to materials, wages, and marketing materials frugally. • Liaised with Xcel Energy for multiple years to ensure proper program coordination. • Compiled three years of audit data for analytical review to ensure future collaboration with our program funder.
