For as long as I can remember, technology, creativity, and most of all, helping teams, individuals and organisations grow have all been key ingredients in everything I love about my profession.I have 20+ years of experience in my professional career, with the recent years in scaling and developing a global organisation in an increasingly complex world of regulations and risk, while maintaining a strong and healthy engineering culture. Having been a tech-geek since childhood, my focus today is even more about the people, our strategies and how to build organisations with people that love what they do.As a person I'm positive, social and ambitious, and while new challenges, fast-paced environments and continuous improvements are essential to me, honesty, open-mindedness and a serious belief that nothing is impossible, is what attracts me the most.
