As an advisor in the Business Management department, I collaborate with various parts of the organization, including the executive team, the planning and development portfolios, and the projects within them. My responsibilities and primary tasks include:- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's project governance model, encompassing defined activities, milestones, controls, decision points, documentation requirements for decision points, etc.- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's methodology for portfolio prioritization and management.- Assisting in the creation of procedures and processes related to core operations.- Serving as secretary and advisor in steering committee meetings, as well as contributing to the development of the steering committee's mandate and execution methods.- Updates in systems related to ownership governance.Board member of Nye Veiers corporate sports club since September 23, 2021.

My first of three rotations was at Nye Veier AS (September 1, 2019 - February 29, 2020), where I worked in the "Technology and Development Strategy" department. My tasks included:- Further development and improvement of project follow-up processes.- Establishment of a new workflow for deviation requests.- Data retrieval and organization of findings from reports.- Participation in and co-organization of various work sessions and meetings.- Preparation and enhancement of various Power BI reports.- My second placement was at PwC Consulting in Kristiansand. My tasks here included:- Project work (mapping and investigation, data collection and analysis, including the use of Power BI).- Proposal work.- Internal development work at PwC.My third and final placement was at Nye Veier AS, where I worked in the "Business Governance" department.
