I mainly produced internal technical documentation for the IT department. Examples of this documentation were: technical project documentation, system documentation, regulatory documentation, and training materials. I also had to build the documentation function from scratch since Betsson didn't have any structured documentation or documentation processes before I came. Another major part of my job was to identify the ongoing documentation needs and to project manage the documentation part of the development projects.

I developed and produced user documentation such as user guides, release notes, and HTML help for several software products in Symantec's Endpoint Management Suites. I worked in distributed development teams and I wrote documentation for software that was developed in America. The documentation was produced with the help of an XML editor and distributed using a content management system. The projects were long and complex and it was also my task to make sure that the documentation development followed the milestones set up in the general project plan.

In Avon I worked as a Webmaster for the site avon.fi. The work mainly consisted of updating the site with new material. It was both graphics and copy, some created by me and some created by other people in the organization. When all the material was gathered and prepared, I used a content management system to distribute and upload the content to the web site.

I was working on a large number of marketing projects for many different clients, both Estonian and Swedish. My main task was to assist the agency’s Art Director with designs and final art. I also contributed with copy and project management for projects that involved the company’s Swedish clients. Most of the projects were B2B, but there were also a number of B2C projects.

I designed and produced marketing materials mainly for exhibitions and the surrounding marketing activities. The deliverables were everything from printed materials to light boxes and exhibition showcases.

I produced marketing materials for print, TV, and digital medias. The main product I was working on was the printed car model brochures for Saab. I was responsible for the final art and also to handle the translations and country adaptations. This material was then adapted to be used in TV and digital medias.

I worked with updating and developing the magazine’s web site. Mostly the work consisted of updating the site with news, but also to improve the site's structure and functions.

At MicroHard I worked as a computer technician. I was building and upgrading computers, both personal computers and servers. I was also responsible for producing the marketing material for the company's external communication.
