As a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) intern, I was assigned to provide support on D&I initiatives (generations & age, culture & ethnicity, pride, abilities, gender balance) and corporate events in the company.• Selected as 1 of 9 Golden Ticket winners from 49 total interns for talent pool recommendation.• Produced handbook for workplace disability management to ensure an inclusive end-to-end process, including forms of support for working environment.• Created and designed 22+ communication materials (brochure, infographics, Diversity & Inclusion report) for blast email purpose.• Arranged and enhanced data accuracy of 50+ D&I’s administrative and financial reporting.• Supported D&I event management and provided on-site assistance, including but not limited to logistic support, documentation, forms, meeting notes, design, and timeline.

A collaboration program between Universitas Padjadjaran and Waseda University, supported by Coordinating Ministry for Maritime & Investment Affairs, Bandung City Government, and Kuningan District Government. The research was conducted at 4 villages in Kuningan District, in which I was assigned to Cibuntu Tourism Village.1. Applied qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, and focus group discussion for data collection. Produced 8 interview transcripts, a comprehensive book chapter and policy brief about youth empowerment and participation in developing the ecotourism village.2. Operated literature review and data analyzing using VosViewer and NVivo.3. Conducted participatory mapping and pentahelix collaboration (government, society, academics, business actors, and media) to address common issues within the village.4. Selected as having best research design framework and cross-functional collaboration alongside article writing partner.

JaRI is a non-governmental organization that is concerned with the issue of violence against children and women, giving help by offering assistance and protection to victims; spreading awareness of preventive actions through education.Assisted in event planning and management, worked closely with the IT teams and maintained documents and records. Alongside team members, we reproduced monthly and yearly reports of organizational projects and client cases.
