In addition to the responsibilities of Inside Sales Manager, I led Customer Service teams across multiple sites and customer type. I was also responsible for administering our CX platform, including several surveys, summarizing the data into actionable activities, and coordinating those activities to drive positive change in both our customer and employee experiences.

In this role I was accountable for providing direction and coordinating all facets of multiple Customer Service teams. This included working closely with our Global sites to provide world class service to our internal and external customers. I worked cross-functionally with many groups in order to streamline our business processes and improve our efficiency and delivery to the customer. Enabling the team members to exceed their goals and contribute in a meaningful way through coaching and removal of obstacles is a highlight of this role.

In this role I:- Lead global S&OP project across several sites (international). - Manage priorities of multiple cross functional groups without authority.- Actively coach future leaders at each site.- Work with site leaders, site and corporate management to align goals and objectives to sustain and continue progress.- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste in processes.- Increase OI and reduce inventory while increasing On-time delivery of product.- Utilize internal and external metrics to continue to show significant improvement in customer satisfaction.

- Blister Project began in “no-build” state of primary polymeric product. Worked collaboratively with Engineers, Ops Manager, Production employees, Lab technicians to solve problem and implement long-term solutions to root failure factors using Six Sigma tools.- Material savings: Utilized Six Sigma tools to reduce scrap in several products. Specific tools used: DOE, Fishbone Diagram, SMED.- Savings of approximately $500K realized in first 6 months. Additional equipment procured to multiply future savings.

- Worked with product engineers to resolve manufacturing problems and develop new products. Consulted applications with compatibility issues and material selection. Developed methods of analysis and performed testing of in-house and competitive gasketing materials. Coordinated outside testing. - Managed day-to –day workflow of 2 labs.- Coordinated schedule of multiple employees.- Developed goals and objectives, as well as developed career path of multiple employees

 Evaluated several electrolytes in a feasibility study to replace current system. The initial evaluation included a build of over 2000 cells of various platforms, extensive testing, and group effort in coordinating integration into the production line. The study also involved experimental design, as well as problem-solving with data analysis. Phase II of the evaluation involved system optimization, as well as the evaluation of possible secondary reactions using various analytical tools.

 Characterized xerographic and pigmented materials using FTIR, UV/Vis, NIR, ATR-FTIR, AAFD, EDXRF, OEM-ICP, and HPLC. Responsibilities included method development, co-op training, instrument maintenance and routine analysis. QC and safety work were also integral to the position. Also worked collaboratively with plant engineers at various facilities toward problem resolution.
