Promoted to Legal Assistant ahead of peers approximately one month after hire. Worked files from complaint filing through post-sheriff sale eviction. Maintained largest caseload, at times more than three hundred files, and most demanding clients. Made significant contributions to two new filing methods, which were being closely reviewed for use within all five branches of the firm. Methods included less paper required per file, easier access to information in files by utilizing sheets on inside covers of each file, and computer organization for each file. Contributions led to increased department productivity and consistent attainment of monthly goals. These facts facilitated promotion ahead of peers to the position of Lead Legal Assistant after only being with the firm for seven months.
