Current• Lead the community impact strategy for Angel City Football Club by implementing and executing the Angel City Sponsorship Model, which reallocates 10 percent of each club sponsorship deal back into the community, investing over $1MM into Los Angeles. • Oversee, develop, manage and execute a portfolio of 13+ community impact programs in partnership with 20+ corporate sponsors, investing $500K+ across all programs. • Annually develop and re-launch community impact programs such as:o The Player 22 Small Business Grants Program, a collaboration with PNC Bank, Hubspot, Justworks, Johnnie Walker and Payscale, which offers 10 female retired or current soccer players with a $10K monetary grant and a one-year coaching program to develop and expand their small businesses.o The SOAR Internship Program, a collaboration with Birdies, which provides 8 female and gender non-binary high school students with a 6-week paid internship with Angel City FC, providing them with hands-on paid work experience in the sports industry and a $3K scholarship. o The Artists in Residence Program, a collaboration with Las Fotos Project, NYX Professional Makeup, Goodr and PACSUN that provides 60+ teenage girls and gender-expansive youth from communities of color with the opportunity to gain paid-hands on work experience in Sports Photography and Lifestyle Product Photography. o The Seed to Table Program, a collaboration with Garden School Foundation and Sprouts Farmers Markets, which provides garden science education to 500+ youth in south L.A. and volunteer school garden is maintained to support on-site education classes and Farmers Markets held by the Garden School Foundation. o The 6-week Introduction to Robotics and Coding Program, a collaboration with Quicken Loans and The Expo Center, dedicated to exposing 30 teenage girls and gender-expansive youth to careers in STEM by teaching them to build and code robots and develop an AR background segmentation filters.
