I began my full time career with Sims in 2004 after studying Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Florida. After 7 years heading up the Safety department i moved to sales in 2010. For 19 years I have worked in departments ranging from billing, collections, human resources, safety, customer relations, rebuilding the safety and sales department and working to develop internal corporate culture.
