I was born in Shanghai and moved to Japan after graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which I attended through a recommendation from my high school principal. After that, I pursued further studies at Waseda University.After working as an IT headhunter at a recruitment firm for three years, I transitioned into web development.■Why coding？During my resume screening and communication with candidates, I realized that without a solid understanding of technology, I couldn't effectively assess candidates or provide them with suitable job opportunities. This prompted me to explore and learn about technology, and I gradually developed an interest in it, wanting to study it systematically.I enrolled in a 24-week part-time bootcamp at Le Wagon, where I learned Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, and more.
