Contracts Manager
Current• Responsible for managing contracts and amendments for new and existing customers;• Analysis, pricing preparation, presentation, and negotiation with clients;• Work closely with all specialized departments involved in contract management;• Sharing knowledge of contracts with Financial, Commercial, and Customer Service;• Development of legal processes;• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on contract status and renewals;• Responding to any questions related to contracts;• Participation in electronic auctions, conferences, and documentation updates;• Legal support for topics such as administrative and tax charges, compliance issues, data protection, etc.
