Monitor the Life Safety System and communicate with team, management, and security of any alarm activations. Provide administrative support for managers and leads, including, but not limited to: tracking and monitoring service request orders, tracking employee call ins, creating productivity reports, and sending emails and requests to various locations on the property. Daily use of Microsoft Office programs. Generates and assigns service request orders to appropriate facilities engineer and keeps communication between employee and/or guest to ensure excellent customer service.
