Administrative / Operational Support / Member Services:-Networking with physicians around the world to establish a global network of Medical Advisors – Creating and maintaining the Medical Advisor agreements. -Managing confidential communications and documentation along with daily clerical and office-related tasks.-Actively participating in the on-going revision and development of new policies, procedures, protocols as well as sales and marketing materials.-Coordinating translation and interpretation services for patient records.-Maintains PGH member database – managing aspects of back-office administration tasks; logging new and renewing members, creating all renewal documentation, processing membership payments, handling membership-related inquiries from distributors, sales channels and members.Research:-Actively supporting the continual improvement of the company and department. -Conducting focused investigation and research, self initiated and as requested by others. Effectively collecting, summarizing, and documenting results, including personal recommendations.

Managing and maintaining the Company’s vital files in the Boston office, and assisting with the reception area. Responsible for IT support, which includes telephone, e-mail, data entry, purchasing, organizing international members' accounts, document creation and design. Handling all mail/invoices received at the Boston office, setting up and maintaining internal database systems, assembling and organizing marketing materials and work with a contact database for on-going international distribution. Providing administrative support for PGH's Boston Management team.

Preferred Global Health (PGH) is a Global Patient Advocacy Organization – provider of Outcome-Optimized™ care and management solutions for critical illness.Patient Care Management- Formulates and implements a care management plan that addresses the patient’s identified needs by assessing the patient/family needs, issues, resources and care goals; determining the choices available to individual patients; and assisting the Global Director of Care Management Services in educating the patient/family on the choices available. -Managing patients through the entire process of critical illness treatment; verifying the primary diagnosis, pre-treatment planning, treatment services and recovery process for a $2 million per year policy.-Collaborates with top physicians to confirm a primary diagnosis, determine and prepare treatment plans tailored to specific needs of PGH members who reside in over 50 different countries worldwide.-Coordinating with the top 1% of US hospitals in the scheduling of individual patient medical appointments; from initial consultation and pre-op appointments to post-op and follow-up appointments.
