Behind the Wheel Instructor: Using a Safeway vehicle kept at my home, I travel to a student's designated pick-up address and begin a one-on-one BTW lesson. Students are required to take three BTWs, two hours per lesson. While driving, students are taught core driving skills that are fully centered around safety and implementing the Minnesota state driving laws. With the additional foot-brake on the front passenger side of the vehicle and my ability to access the steering wheel, I am able to maintain our safety at all times.Classroom Instructor: I teach drivers education classes at various locations such has high-schools, community centers, designated Safeway Classrooms in addition to online distance learning via Zoom. The required total of 10 lessons at three hours each are conducted on weekdays year round. During class, I am preparing the students for the Class D Knowledge Test with educational materials, presentations and the MN State Driving Manual.

Caregiver to adult individuals with disabilities, aiding them in achieving their hopes and dreams. I advocate their needs for those who don't have a voice or the ability to do so. I provide assistance and support with their daily living activities in their home and in the community, based on their personal needs. This includes medication administration, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, transportation, and ongoing teaching, coaching and role modeling. There is consistent collaboration with co-workers, our supervisor and the people we work with to problem solve and create a positive environment and culture.

Using CHR's computer program and Microsoft Word/Excel for scheduling and managing the pick-up and delivery appointments for tractor/trailer semis moving freight for CHR's client Amazon, to and from Amazon fulfillment centers. I communicated via email and phone calls with the vendors that Amazon purchased from, coordinating solutions to problems or issues that arose with shipments. Also collaborated with Amazon to change or cancel and shipments.

(College Job)Used a company vehicle and drove primarily to wedding receptions but also birthday parties, proms, family reunions, etc. in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Having received instructions prior to the event along with communicating on-site, I would set up a "booth" for three to five hours that had various goofy/fun props for people to use while taking photos. Copies were printed and distributed throughout the night. Wedding receptions often included a photo book where pictures were inserted and loved ones wrote messages.
