During my study time of Master certificate i worked as intern with this institute.I help in daily tasks, providing desktop support to students. I worked on rewiring two class rooms with CAT 6 giving them network availability. Helped creating a network infrastructure for two clustered ISA (TMG) Servers to function as a proxy/firewall for student class rooms. Done several classroom re-imaging via GHOST or ACRONIS by multiplying these images and redistribute in bay trays. This had to be documented in our HP service desk change management application following it's approval process.- Upgraded multiple R&D lab environments which stabilized their network issues they had, with new LAN switches/routers.- BETA testing with AVAYA ACM pbx system and IP Phones.- International travel to Europe for 1 month to upgrade new Extreme/Cajun switches at several locations in The Netherlands, Paris and Belgium.
