As part of the Transformation Team, I helped to make Schiphol Group more value driven, customer focused and flexible. As a self-organizing team, we were responsible for creating the transformation vision, a plan of approach for the transformation and supporting teams and departments in the transformation. Agile training:Design, develop and give a broad range of high quality and interactive agile trainings: Agile Awareness, Value Driven Portfolio Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leadership, Agile Facilitator.4. (Remote) Facilitating:Improve the quality and effectiveness of (online and offline) meetings and workshops by clear goal setting, using interactive techniques and creating a safe, professional and collaborative environment. I set up a facilitator guild to spread this skill in the organization.
