If the customer value to be delivered is clear, focus shifts to the required solutions delivering the required value. Doing portfolio management this way optimizes value from your investments and makes you more flexible in managing the project portfolio. I helped (management) teams and departments, by training, coaching and facilitating, to change the way they do portfolio management, by making value management the starting point.2. Individual and (management) team coaching:Help individuals (e.g. scrum masters, product owners, managers) and teams to improve their way-of-working and performance based on the agile values and principles. 3. Agile training:Design, develop and give a broad range of high quality and interactive agile trainings: Agile Awareness, Value Driven Portfolio Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leadership, Agile Facilitator.4. (Remote) Facilitating:Improve the quality and effectiveness of (online and offline) meetings and workshops by clear goal setting, using interactive techniques and creating a safe, professional and collaborative environment. I set up a facilitator guild to spread this skill in the organization.
