Arriver is a company owned by Veoneer so it's not a change of workplace, just a "change of name" for the parts I work with.

As part of a team of "coaches", my job is to support the organization in matters related to quality in general and testing in particular. This includes coaching, educating, acting sounding board, improving processes etc. for testers, but also developers, test management, management in general and project people; basically anyone involved with (the testing of) the product.

As the Product Owner for all test development work at Zenterio I've helped a new test development team get started, managed their work and acted as a general information radiator for anything test related. I've also started a couple of different initiatives to improve the overall quality mindset at Zenterio, aimed towards managers, project leads, developers and testers.

Situated in Linköping but my first assignment will be for a vocational university in Örebro. In this assignment I'll be the teacher for a 1½ year long software testing education helping 30 students to become professional software testers.

Working in a small team consisting of me and 2 programmers. We use a slimmed down Scrum approach to organize the team work and a Context Driven approach for Testing. I worked with everything from business critical, alarm routing applications to internal tools to mobile apps and web portals. I've also had a lot of different tasks like programming, creating and improving the test process, test software, test requirements, test other documents/decisions such as job ads and presentations, solved/helped solving a wide array of problems such as how to design a feature or solve organizational problems and the list goes on. For the full duration I've been the only tester which presents its own list of challenges and expectations

During my first couple of years I worked almost exclusively with automation. After that I split time between automation, manual testing, presenting my own and others ideas and tool administration. Last 10 months I was a member of an agile team where I mainly did testing but also some programming, test management and process improvement work.
