- Implements and manages new and existing ad technology and data integrations- Builds and maintains DSPolitical's internal and client facing reporting infrastructures- Manages Technology Project manager(s) and/ or other members of the Tech Team- Assists in developing and launching new Strategic Business Units- Develops, implements, and refines company-wide processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency- Researches, develops, and helps to launch new product offerings- Provides technical troubleshooting support for other departments that include, but are not limited to, Advertising Operations, Accounts Management, and Business Development

Fulfill all of the roles of an Advertising Operations Manager by:- Successfully implementing digital media plans to meet clients' stated campaign goals and KPIs; adhering to strict standardization of both technical and business processes; offering suggestions for improvements in best practices- Working with both the Business Development and Accounts Management departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service and satisfactionIn addition, the Director of Innovation & Special Projects is responsible for:- Building, managing, and maintaining DSPolitical's reporting system. This includes internal reporting for AdOps pacing, campaign tracking, and reconciliation, as well as client facing reporting, either via scheduled reports or via dashboard login.- Acting as the main POC for DSPolitical with our data providers, DSPs, DMPs, technology vendors, and other vendors. Involves regular communication, meetings, and product/ service updates that are synthesized and shared with the Advertising Operations department and other departments throughout the Company.- Researching and evaluating prospective vendors and technology partners, providing recommendations regarding prospective vendors and technology partners, and finally onboarding new vendors and technology partners.- Working collaboratively with the Vice President of Advertising Operations to create best practices and standardization for the Advertising Operations department and Company at large.- Working collaboratively with the Vice President of Advertising Operations to research, analyze, and recommend updates to current products or the creation of new products to the CTO, COO, and CEO.- Troubleshooting technical solutions to various problems within the Advertising Operations Department, the Company at large, and also between our vendors and technology partners.- Onboarding new Advertising Operations employees and running the DSPolitical Advertising Operations Fellow Program.

- Gained an extensive working knowledge of cookie-pool targeting, online digital advertising, and programatic buying- Gained expertise with a variety of RTB platforms and vendors- Played a key role in creating a groundbreaking self-serve platform by compiling and formatting core data for www.democraticads.com- Worked extensively with Catalist and Excel to compile, manage, and analyze big data that could be used to target voters across the United States- Developed a data aggregation platform that linked and leveraged Salesforce, Datorama, and our vendors to ensure a smoother and more efficient operating and reporting system- Created email newsletters, documented process workflows, and worked for multiple teams on a variety of different projects simultaneously

- Acted as a resource, leader and role model for the entire Resident Adviser (RA) staff of over fifty students - Provided direct training, assistance, advice, and support to individual staff members under my leadership over two years- Served as a liaison between students, RAs, and professional college staff members- Responsible for responding to any situation that occurred on campus during the week, 24/7, when on-call four or five weeks a semester- Engaged in a variety of situations which involved conflict management and/ or confidentiality management
