I lead four business divisions from a strategic, financial, operational, and personnel management standpoint. In this capacity, I essentially serve as the Chief Operating Officer for our business groups within the firm. I have considerable experience in legal operations, strategic pricing, project management, legal process improvement, sales and business development, legal technology, working with the various departments across the firm, and leading large teams of attorneys and staff.

Creative Dispute Resolutions is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) group based in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The group consists of a number of retired judges and experienced attorneys with different backgrounds and who serve as mediators and arbitrators for all types of disputes, including family law (divorce, custody, alimony), employment, personal injury, construction, probate, contracts, commercial, insurance, malpractice, property/land use, bankruptcy, and workers' compensation. Our mediation and arbitration services are designed to assist with the resolution of any type of dispute in a more efficient and effective manner than traditional litigation.
