Lead designer for a fast growing large format printing company. Responsibilities included designing vehicle wraps, wall and window wraps, billboards and signage as well as designing branding and marketing collateral for small businesses. I also oversaw the creative and production team to make sure deadlines and standards were being met. I helped grow the company from a small pen and paper operation with a few small clients into the areas largest full service printing company by developing a solid foundation starting with creating an excellent brand identity and highly functional informative website followed by putting project management and POS systems into place to ensure the business could run as a efficiently as possible. With all of that in place, I developed several marketing campaigns to drive new business. All of this resulted in an overwhelmingly high volume of work in a short period of time and drove sales through the roof, forcing the hiring of several new employees to keep up with the high volume of work.
