Advanced Ion Beam Technology is a relatively small company and I was driving a variety of activities within the US-based R&D organization, including:Organizing and driving key customer visits and Technical Review Meetings (TRM)Managing all aspects of new product development, including identifying market requirementsStreamlining design, procurement and implementation activities for prototype and final product systems. Managed and guided cross-functional teams of scientists and engineers, including ME, EE, Software, Applications and Quality Engineers across three different sites in US and TaiwanCo-ordinating activities between US-based R&D and Taiwan-based manufacturing organisations. Driving day-to-day operational actions to make sure new product meets its objectives.Co-ordinating and driving efforts to penetrate US-based customer base.
