Erik offers counsel in surface rights law, expropriation matters, corporate/commercial, and residential real estate. He has represented clients in courts at all levels in Alberta, as well as before various tribunals including the Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission, and the Land & Property Rights Tribunal.He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and from the University of Kent with an Honours Law Degree. He has been accredited by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada since 2015.Erik is also a dedicated educator and public speaker, having given seminars to various organizations and taught a Business Law course at Northwestern Polytechnic. He is a passionate supporter of his community, having volunteered with organizations such as the Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society and Grande Prairie Legal Guidance.When he's not practicing law, Erik loves spending time with his wife Alissa and their two sons, Llewyn and Bram. He is also an avid traveller, reader, and marathon runner, and takes pleasure in time spent with his dogs.
