Organise a fast resolution of manufacturing issues, that have been escalated by local and overseas manufacturing sites to the Sydney based R&D teams. Making sure that these issues are properly managed within the assigned teams, that teams are adequately resourced, activities are prioritised and that solutions are delivered in a timely manner.Actions for short term containment and time lines for root cause identification and long term corrective actions are properly communicated to the manufacturing sites and well understood.Setting up the business process and templates for manufacturing support and continuously improve the process where needed.

Purchasing of high tech, custom and off-the-shelf, manufacturing equipment, based on manufacturing and R&D requirements, for MEMJET Printhead production facilities in Asia and manage all the way through to installation and buy-off. Also includes expansion of the MEMJET Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in terms of new features, throughput capacity and integration of custom and off-the-shelf manufacturing equipment into the MES.

Expanding the customer base in New South Wales, Australia, Provide PLC and SCADA training and Pre-sales consulting on Manufacturing Intelligence (as part of MES)
