I provide day-to-day operational solutions, and give people the tools and information they need to be successful in their roles. I assist in building the infrastructure needed to continually grow the company, and ensure that we are always in compliance with regulations set by our clients. My role fluctuates from day-to-day operations to involvement in big-picture discussions and organizational planning. I also spend time managing vendors, researching and implementing best practices, determining and tracking metrics, writing company materials, and training new employees. I made it through the infamous Management Trainee program, and was promoted to Branch Manager within 15 months of starting at Enterprise. As a Branch Manager I developed a strong sales team that turned a break-even branch into a highly profitable one. I focused on developing my employees by teaching, challenging, and holding them accountable. I was able to grow the branch by expanding both the customer and referral base, and providing excellent service, every time. I handled problems head-on, and earned the continued business of even the most difficult customers because of it.

I helped to develop a small local shop into a niche brand with an international reach. I expanded the company into new marketplaces, and developed new product and service lines. I was responsible for online sales, consultative project planning, closing and management, and for overall big-picture development.
