Have you ever imagined a world where we can all speak openly and honestly about our mental health journeys without fear of judgment or reprisal? That’s why I took action and Founded the 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 podcast, with the aim of shattering the stigma long associated with speaking out and speaking up about mental health issues. Each week, we tackle different mental health topics through honest and relatable conversations with real people who are helping to normalize mental health discussions and find their own voices. Through the podcast and my ongoing work as a mental health advocate, I continue to reshape both the message and the messenger within the mental health space.In addition to the podcast, I spend winters as a ski instructor for the Aspen Skiing Company and summers as the lead mountain bike coach for Sacred Cycle, a Colorado based nonprofit whose mission is to empower survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault through therapy and cycling. Both roles combine my love of coaching and mentoring, which results in a rewarding combination of 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 and 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 for those with whom I work.Prior to moving to Colorado in 2011, I was an accomplished Corporate Finance and Treasury Executive with 18 years of industry experience. During that time, I became a proven team leader and problem solver with highly developed communication, organization and presentation skills.
