As Director of Strategic Partnerships, I oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising and outreach programs that support the mission of providing holistic care and education for vulnerable children and families in Central/South America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East. With over 14 years of experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, I have developed a diverse skill set and a passion for creating positive social impact.I have successfully cultivated and maintained relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries across the USA, Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Africa, using my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and public speaking. I have also designed and executed innovative and effective program development initiatives that have increased the awareness, engagement, and sustainability of humanitarian programs. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large grant from a major foundation, launching a new online giving platform, and expanding the donor base network in several countries.
