Responsible for the online sales of disruptive chocolate brand Tony's Chocolonely, who's mission it is to end exploitation in cocoa. The online sales are generated through our own webshop, marketplaces, and online retailers such as Picnic, Greetz, and many more.Key achievements so far:- Built up the ecommerce team- Double digit webshop growth- Webshop redesign with improved UX- Succesful launch of new gifting products- Built new partnerships with Flink, Getir, HelloFresh, JustEatTakeaway, Foodello,Toogoodtogo and Yoursurprise.- Launch of Tony’s on Bol.com and Amazon.nl

Set up business with Amazon and prepared the launch of an online beauty tool together with the biggest drug retailer in NL.

Spent 6 months traveling the world, visiting 17 countries ranging from South America to South East Asia. An incredible experience which allowed me to get to know amazing people and cultures.

Responsible for the online sales of Henkel Beauty Care in the Benelux, reporting to the Sales director. Contracted new customers, developed strong promotions, media plans and delivered great product content. Key achievements:- 200% growth of online revenue- Launch of PIM and DAM systems

Responsible for managing the brands SYOSS Hair Styling and SmoothNShine on a global level including brand strategy, 5 year product development planning and strong brand communication development such as TVC, digital and print. Key achievements:- Double digit growth of the Syoss brand- Succesful relaunch a specialty styling range (formula, packaging, design and communication)- Launch of highly innovative products

Responsible for managing the Henkel Beauty Care Hair Styling portfolio, which includes brands such as Taft, Syoss and got2b.Key achievements: - Winning the AMMA media award for Best engagement strategy with the Taft Take-Over campaign. - Grew market leader Taft’s market share year on year.

Responsible for brand executions at point of sales, promotions and customer analyses.Key achievement: Created strong in store brand experiences for Barbie and Hot Wheels at Bart Smit and Intertoys.

Responsible for the marketing of Mattel's brands Max Steel, Barbie, Monster High, Polly Pocket and Disney Princess in the Benelux region.Key achievements:-Succesfully launched new brand Max Steel with a launch event and TV placement.-Grew the girls portfolio in 2012, while the toy market was down. The execution of Barbie events, recording of a Barbie videoclip with local stars, a strong marketingplan for Monster High including events, tv, online and social media helped to add strong growth.

Responsible for a consumer co-creation / market research project focused on the senior consumers snack market.Achievement:- Gained useful insights for product development, which lead to the launch of a new segment

Responsible for cold calling of prospects to sell MOT (APK) tests and car maintenances. Also consumer surveys were conducted. Working for a diverse range of car brands.

Responsible for the execution of instore projects for brands as Nivea and Labello. Next to this, strategic research was conducted on the promotional mechanisms.
