Develop and maintain new and existing label, artist, management, and PR firm relationships. Identify and secure content in all popular music genres and formats, as well as, search out new partnership opportunities with content providers.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of music video formats on over 200 radio station websites, including HOT97 (Urban) in NYC, KSHE (Classic Rock) and KPNT (Alternative) in St. Louis, and POWER 106 (Urban) in L.A. Music selection and scheduling. Label relations and content procurement.

Co-developed the Real Music Weekend on WTKS 104.1 FM to attract the 18-34 demographic to a primarily 25-54 weekday young talk format. Handle all aspects of programming including, music selection and scheduling, management of air staff, and commercial production. Hosted my own talk show “Erik In The Dark.” Creator and host of “Sunday Night Vinyl,” an all request 80’s alternative music show (15 year run) consistently rated Top 5 in key target demos.

Oversaw music and video programming for the entire Downtown Disney (rebranded as Disney Springs) area. Programming team leader responsible for organizing and directing projects. Writer and Pro Tools LE Audio Engineer for fireworks shows across property. Themed content creation for all merchandise locations within Downtown Disney, and select music and merchandise business units across the Central Florida properties, including the Disney Cruise Line, Vero Beach Resort, EPCOT, and the ESPN club at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.

Springfield, Missouri Area

Contributed to the programming strategy that increased listenership and revenue by 50% during my tenure, including our one book jump from 11th place to 5th place overall 12 plus (Fall 1993 Arbitron). Worked in additional capacities to those listed above including Production and Promotions. Created and hosted “Tidal Wave”, a Classic Alternative show with an emphasis on early ‘80’s New Wave.
