Manage a team of experienced industry consultants delivering analytic, process and technologic engagements to diverse set of clients in the financial, retail, utility and communications sectors. Consultative engagements focus on exploring, quantifying, and delivering business value and ROI improvements associated with implementing best in class analytic and technology solutions.Responsible for increasing speed and efficiency of engagement delivery through process re-engineering leading to double digit revenue improvement in last two fiscal years (11% and 33%, respectively). Efforts were recognized by Experian with me being awarded the Experian North America Elite award in 2019.

Provided consulting services to both large (eCommerce 100) and small (start-up) companies. Efforts focused on defending class action litigation as well as an advisor on go to market strategy for new business.

Managed all facets of portfolio management, revenue enhancement and collection strategy. Directly accountable for asset quality and performance of enterprise portfolios. Over the course of 8 years scope of responsibility was increased resulting in management of five separate teams having responsibility in distinct risk domain areas: Account Management – Accountable for credit lifecycle of all accounts including line management, authorizations, reactivation/retention and revenue enhancement. Efforts and innovation within the sub-prime credit risk space allowed Bluestem to more than double revenue from $500MM to $1.2B by FYE 2015 while maintaining portfolio risk performance. Collection Strategy – Design all collection strategy aspects including segmentation, treatments (payment reminders, sequence of phone, letters & emails) and test design. Developed reporting to identify areas of operational negation ensuring proper strategy deployment. Decision Sciences – Manage team focused on statistical research, development of complex mathematically decision models and data analytics. Spearheaded efforts to revamp entire credit services solutions improving both systemic and analytic capabilities. Decision Management – Create and manage the business processes and system capability to carry out corporate credit originations strategy and card processor platform usage (FD). Provided the strategic vision, negotiated, directed and implemented $24 MM infrastructure initiative to FD platform. Effort greatly enhanced capabilities, reduced costs and improved compliance execution.Business Intelligence – Oversight of all information assets that the Credit team utilizes to drive insights and decisioning analytics. Additionally I served as the company’s corporate witness on litigation issues involving TCPA and contract formation given my near 3 decades working within consumer finance and thorough understanding of the compliance issues and operational processes.

Developed global risk policy & provided thought leadership for global card markets. Responsible for increasing private label & bankcard product skills, portfolio dynamic understanding and identifying market opportunities in both established and emerging markets.

Directed several regional based processes centered on growth, portfolio management and controllership. - Managed new deal pricing and due diligence. - Oversaw the institutionalization of new reserve methodology. - Managed cross functional project chartered with data development to support new SEC regulations (Reg AB)

Directed the cross functional integration team processes for 6 major conversion efforts (27 portfolios, ~24.2MM accounts with O/S of ~$4B to new outsourced receivables system). Managed diverse group of client integration managers responsible for tactical aspects of converting each program. Efforts ensured functional and client requirements were discovered, documented and delivered.

Responsible for setting credit policy as well as managing the Risk compliance process for strategy review and operational handling.

Responsible for enterprise underwriting and portfolio management at the contractual level. Lead cross functional team in due diligences, program structure, pricing and contractual negotiations.

Responsible for call center operations for 7 retail partners. Dedicated leader to cross functional client teams chartered with driving growth and profitability along with client and customer satisfaction.
