As Senior Hardware Tester I am working on highly complex systems in multidisciplinary teams (product, software, electronic engineers, farmers). Providing insight in product quality starting as early as possible in the design phase. Have system level overview.-Responsible for main test strategy for hardware improvements and new developments.-Providing insight in the quality of the new design. -Responsible for the verification phase of a product/design. And give advice for product release.-Team lead for dairy hardware test team.-Coaching (Junior) Hardware Testers.-Use large datasets to determine product performance.-Align test strategy with software testers.

As Verification Engineer I am mainly working on the Lely Astronaut milking robot project.My main activities are:-Responsible for the design and execution of verification plan of new systems or products.-Test design and execution of verification tests (for example lifetime tests, functional tests or field tests at farms).-Analysing lifetime test results using Weibull or Crow-Amsaa techniques.-Analysing large data sets of measurement data to evaluate the performance of a product or system.-Evaluation of test results, test review, design review to create release advice for product or system.

Space Expo is the visitor center of ESA/ESTEC. Working at Space Expo means working in a lot of different functions. I have experience as weekend manager, tour guide at ESTEC and working at the reception and restaurant.

Dutch Robotics is the dutch team which participates in RoboCup, a soccer competition for humanoid robots. As team member I have been involved in the mechanical design, assembly and motion control of the humanoid robot (TUlip).

Team NimbRo is one of the participants in the RoboCup Humanoid soccer games. The goal of Robocup is to develop a robot soccer team which can beat the human world champignon soccer by 2050. During my internship I was responsible for the design and assembly of the new KidSize robot. The KidSize 2008 robot was used during the German Open and the world championships in China. Team NimbRo became champion of both competitions.
